What this service is

RosaVote is open-source ranked-choice and STV election software (AGPL-3.0, © 2026 Walker Green). This deployment is operated by the Democratic Socialists of America's staff for chapter and national votes: ballots, voter codes, tabulation, and results. Using a voting code, casting a ballot, or administering an election here means you accept these terms.

Acceptable use

One member, one ballot (at the member's assigned voting weight). You may not use a voting code that was not issued to you, attempt to vote more than once, probe or disrupt the service, or attempt to access another member's ballot or an administrative surface you were not granted. Test codes and the demo sandbox exist for experimentation — use those.

Votes are final

Cast ballots cannot be edited or revoted. The only remedy is an administrator's audited void-and-reissue under pre-committed reasons. Election schedules, eligibility, and rules are set by the body running the election — this service enforces them but does not decide them.

No warranty

The service is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind. Nothing here is a guarantee of uninterrupted availability. Results are official only when certified by the body conducting the election.
